The AQUAPHOR MAXFOR+ replacement filter provides universal protection against a range of impurities commonly found in tap water. It improves water taste and odor while reducing the speed of scale formation in hard water. The filter cartridge effectively reduces water hardness, chlorine, heavy metals, iron, pesticides, organic compounds, and other contaminants.

MAXFOR+ contains Aqualen™, the patented ion-exchange fiber with a surface area 33 times larger than conventional ion-exchange materials used in water filters. Combined with the high-density extra-fine carbon absorbents, it assures an exceptionally high purification performance. Aqualen™ irreversibly binds heavy metal ions, including lead, iron, mercury, and radioactive isotopes.

The shape of MAXFOR+ is universal and fits water jugs of other brands by EU, UK, and USA producers.

Aquaphor B 100-25, Maxfor cartridge can be used with many types of pitchers made in Germany, USA and Great Britain. The filter cartridge contains an improved mixture of the food grade fine mesh carboxylic ion-exchange resin and coconut shell granular activated carbon with silver added. Woven outer filter with large surface area provides last stage filtration. Suggested Flow capacity is 170 litres.

Sorption enviroment of module is carbonbloc, which are based on active carbon granules Aqualen. 

Fine treatment and microbicide protection is carried out through small pore size and active silver ions, which modifed with Aqualen fiber.

By using unique fiber sorption materials of brand Aqualen, in combination with the best brends of activated carbons, replaceable module B 100-25 reliably and irrevocably detain not only organic compounds and heavy metals, but also the other types of contaminants.
